If you paused an A/B test or any experiment and then opened its edit page, the dashboard’s autosave could switch the experiment back to Draft without telling you. Once that happened, you couldn’t resume it, because only paused experiments can be resumed. You couldn’t republish it either, because it had already been published once. The experiment was stuck.
This is fixed. Saving an experiment no longer changes its status. A paused experiment stays paused through any number of edits and autosaves, so you can pick it back up with Resume whenever you’re ready. The status only changes when you publish.
If you have an experiment that’s still stuck in Draft from before this fix, contact support and we’ll restore it.
